Mon Oct 29, 2007 4:16 pm by AK4MC [Net]	10/28: Net began at 2100 hrs Check-ins: KL0UD Chris, Net Control W8PWP Tony KI4WNA Sam KB4STH Mike K4WPM Bill W4XO Lex AK4MC Kevin, by relay Chris KL0UD announced that she, Bill K4WPM, and Kevin AK4MC attended a fast-track workshop in Fayetteville last Thursday (10/25) evening to cover three NIMS courses that are required of ARES volunteers. The material for all three courses -- ICS-100, ICS-200 and ICS-700 -- was covered in two and a half hours by Lynn Bianco KN4YZ and David Benoist AG4ZR.Net concluded at 2107 hrs. The Coweta ARES/RACES net takes place every Sunday night at 2100 hours local time, on the K4SEX repeater at 145.13 MHz, courtesy of the Bill Gremillion Memorial Radio Club. Backup repeater is 146.79.
